Actually resume open and close the door of your job. Their main purpose is to make the employee interested enough to call you for an interview. Experts commonly use two types of resume styles such as chronological and functional styles.

Chronological Style

Chronological style is most popular style used for a resume.  This type of resume include objective as well as summery. It also includes a detailed description of education such as name of the institutions, year of pass out, percentage or marks obtained, skills, certificates and so on. In addition to it, if you have a work experience, employee details are also included in it. This type of resume is a treasure for the people who have work experience and it will throw chances far away for a fresher.

Functional Style

Functional style is mostly used by the people who have gap in their work history, who are re-entering the workforce, who are frequently changes their jobs, who are looking to transition in new careers . This type of resume gives less importance to work experience and highlights abilities, such as hiring, managing or coaching. Here work experience is mentioned at the bottom of the resume in a summarized form.

Always write your resume using brain not using pen. Think well how you can perform an interview using the resume you are creating. If you are completely aware of the contents in your resume you can wide open the eyes of an interviewer otherwise he will close your mouth.  Remember one thing a resume style can change your life style so, use a creative resume style.
